Welcome to santafeexchange.com.  The santafeexchange.com website (The "Site") is comprised of various pages operated by Santa Fe Exchange LLC.   santafeexchange.com is offered to you

conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms").  Your use of santafeexchange.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.  Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Santa Fe Exchange sells jewelry, concho belts, vintage silver, collectibles and gift certificates in the United States.  This site is an extension of the Santa Fe Exchange brick and mortar store located in Santa Fe, NM.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

​

Returns:  Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a refund less shipping costs.  Refunds will be made by company check.  Returns shipped back after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit.  After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.  We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.

Return Instructions:  All returns must include a tracking number [USPS, UPS, FedEx].  Please provide us with the tracking number for your return at santafeexchange77@gmail.com.  Failure to do so may delay your return/credit.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
